Anxiety, worry, and panic: strategies to manage anxiety, including generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), and panic disorders.
PTSD: therapeutic approaches for overcoming the impacts of traumatic experiences, including EMDR (see ‘Therapy’).
Stress and burnout, including workplace stress

Phobias, including agoraphobia
OCD: assistance in dealing with intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviours, including non-judgemental support for some of those more ‘taboo’ OCD presentations
Bereavement and grief: providing a supportive space to process loss and grief.

Self-sabotage: identifying and overcoming self-destructive patterns.
Fees:
One-off extended assessment (1 hour 30 minutes) of mental health difficulties, with write-up: £240.
Assessment of mental health difficulties (50-minute session) with view to continue on to therapy: £120 (assessment) and £120 (therapy per 50-minute session).

Online sessions are available via video call (Zoom, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams, or WhatsApp video), making it easy to fit therapy into your schedule from the comfort of your home.
In-person sessions are offered for those who are able to attend a clinic in the Brighton area (BN2), providing the option for face-to-face support.
